冲蚀对射流管伺服阀前置级工作特性的影响

摘    要:以射流管伺服阀的前置级为研究对象,分析冲蚀对前置级工作特性的影响。基于Fluent有限元仿真软件,建立前置级可视化冲蚀模型,仿真得到前置级的冲蚀部位与冲蚀量,并将仿真结果与前置级冲蚀实物进行对比分析。根据前置级冲蚀实物的结构形状,建立冲蚀后的前置级三维模型,利用数值计算的方法研究前置级的冲蚀对其工作特性的影响。结果表明:前置级冲蚀最严重的部位是劈尖,劈尖的冲蚀率随喷嘴位移的增大逐渐减小,仿真结果与前置级冲蚀实物相一致;前置级的冲蚀会导致前置级的左右接收孔压差和流量减小。研究对射流管伺服阀前置级冲蚀部位的预测和故障诊断具有指导作用。

Abstract:The effect of erosion on working characteristics of pre-stage of jet pipe servo valve which is the research object is analyzed. On the basis of Fluent finite element simulation software, a visual erosion simulation model of the pre-stage is established to obtain the erosion position and quantity of pre-stage, and the simulation results are compared with pre-stage erosion object. According to pre-stage erosion object, the structural design of pre-stage 3D model after erosion is carried out. Then the influence of pre-stage erosion on the working characteristics of pre-stage is studied by numerical simulation. The results show that the erosion of pre-stage wedge is the most serious, and the erosion rate of pre-stage wedge can decrease gradually with the increase of nozzle displacement. The simulation results of pre-stage erosion are consistent with pre-stage erosion object. After pre-stage erosion, the differential pressure and flow of left and right receiving holes in pre-stage decrease. This study has a guiding role in the erosion prediction and fault diagnosis of the pre-stage of jet pipe servo valve.
