诱发性肺量计联合主动循环呼吸干预COPD的效果研究

摘    要:目的探究诱发性肺量计联合主动循环呼吸技术干预慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者康复效果。方法选择2019年3月至2021年6月我院收治的100例COPD患者为研究对象,应用随机数表法将其分为2组各50例,对照组患者采用主动循环呼吸技术进行干预,研究组患者应用诱发性肺量计联合主动循环呼吸技术进行干预,对比两组患者的肺功能、运动功能。结果12周干预后,两组患者用力肺活量(FVC)、第一秒用力呼气量(FEV1)、FEV1/FVC、呼气流量峰值(PEF)、6min步行实验(6MWT)、最大呼气压(MEP)和最大吸气压(MIP)较干预前均明显升高,慢性阻塞性肺疾病评估测试量表评分CAT)、改良英国医学研究会呼吸困难指数(mMRC)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分以及匹茨堡睡眠指数量表(PSQI)评分均明显下降(P<0.05),且研究组FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC、PEF、MWT、MEP、MIP均明显高于对照组,CAT评分、mMRC评分、SAS评分、SDS评分以及PSQI评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用诱发性肺量计联合主动循环呼吸技术可有效提高COPD稳定期患者肺功能和运动耐量,治疗患者呼吸困难和COPD临床症状,改善患者心理情绪以及睡眠质量,值得在临床上进一步推广。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of induced spirometer combined with active circulatory breathing on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)patients.Methods:One hundred COPD patients admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups with 50 patients in each group by random number table method.The patients in control group used active circulatory breathing technique for intervention.Patients in control group were given active circulatory and breathing techniques for intervention,and patients in the study group were given interventions with induced spirometers combined with active circulatory breathing techniques.The lung function and motor function of the two groups of patients were compared.Result:After 12 weeks of intervention,two groups of patients forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in 1s(FEV1),FEV1/FVC,peak expiratory flow(PEF),6min walking experiment(6MWT),maximum expiratory pressure(MEP)and maximal inspiratory pressure(MIP)were significantly higher than those before intervention,while the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease assessment test scale(CAT)score,modified British medical research council dyspnea index(mMRC),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score,self-rating depression scale(SDS)score and the Pittsburgh sleep index were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The FVC,FEV1,FEV1/FVC,PEF,MWT,MEP and MIP of the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the scores of CAT,mMRC,SAS,SD and PSQI were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Induced spirometer combined with active circulatory respiration can effectively improve lung function and exercise tolerance in patients with stable COPD,treat patients with dyspnea and clinical symptoms of COPD,and improve patients'psychological mood and sleep quality.It is worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.
