寺家庄煤矿15301大采高工作面矿压显现规律及支架适应性分析

摘    要:为掌握15301大采高工作面矿压显现规律,通过工作面回采期间现场监测的方式进行顶板运动特征的分析,基于工作面上部、中部和下部液压支架工作阻力的分析结果,得出顶板初次来压和周期来压步距分别35.9~37.2 m和16.0~16.9 m范围内,来压强度呈现出中部大、两端小的特征;通过分析回采期间支架初撑力和工作阻力分布特征,进一步得出ZY12000-30/68D型液压支架总体适应性较好,后续需提升支架初撑力的合格率,确保初撑效果,同时加强对工作面中上部液压支架的管理,防止支架出现压死现象。

Abstract:In order to grasp the law of the appearance of rock pressure in the 15301 large mining height face,the roof movement characteristics are analyzed through on-site monitoring during the face stoping.Based on the analysis results of the working resistance of the upper,middle and lower hydraulic supports on the face,the first time the roof comes In the range of 35.9~37.2m and 16.0~16.9m,the compression strength is large in the middle part and small in the two ends.By analyzing the distribution characteristics of the setting force and working resistance of the support during the stoping period,it is further obtained The ZY12000-30/68D hydraulic support has good overall adaptability.In the follow-up,it is necessary to increase the qualification rate of the initial support force to ensure the initial support effect.At the same time,strengthen the management of the upper hydraulic support in the working face to prevent the support from crushing.
