摘    要:山东兖州大统矿业有限公司F9305工作面位于九采东南回风大巷南侧,F64断层西侧,其中F9305轨道顺槽布置在原9311面遗煤区内。由于巷道基本沿底布置,加之断层带附近压力集中,轨顺沿松散煤体内掘进,煤岩破碎易片帮,预计对掘进会有一定影响,进入采空区后采用套棚施工。F9305轨道顺槽开门施工至278 m处为原9311外切眼位置,在三角带特殊区域中掘进,施工至298 m处揭露F14断层,落差约1.1~6.6 m,为防止冒顶,实现安全掘进,根据实际情况,采取三角区域及断层前后加强支护、煤柱边缘区域预注浆处理、打设超前管缝锚杆、注LFM防灭火材料堵漏等措施。

Abstract:the F9305 working face of Datong Mining Co., Ltd., Yanzhou, Shandong is located on the south side of the nine southeast wind return roadway, and the west side of the F64 fault, where the F9305 track groove is arranged in the original 9311 face coal area.Because of the basic arrangement along the bottom, combined with concentrated pressure near the fault zone, tunneling along the loose coal body in the track direction and easy chip help from coal rock fragmentation is expected to have some effect on tunneling, and shelter construction was adopted after entering the recovery zone.The construction to 278 m from the CIS slot door of track f9305 was the location of the former 9311 outer cut eye, dig in the special area of the triangular belt, and construction to 298 m uncovered the F14 fault with a fall of about 1.1 m to 6.6 m, in order to prevent capping and achieve security dig, according to the actual situation, take the measures of strengthening support in the triangular area and before and after the fault, pre injection treatment in the edge area of the coal column, and setting the anchor for the advance tube seam Note measures such as obliteration of fire fighting materials by LFM.
