| 摘 要： | 介绍了飞机前起落架转弯寿命试验台的基本功能,对试验台的机械加载原理进行了阐述;针对起落架液压主系统存在高低温工况,在主系统中设计出一种高低温液压隔离回路,能有效避免高低温液压元器件的使用,加热(冷却)功率变小,起到节能作用,成本降低,可靠性提高;针对加载工况,设计出液压加载回路,可以满足3种轴向力和转弯力矩的需求,并对转弯角速度进行了仿真验证,满足试验要求。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the basic functions of the landing gear turning life test-bed, and expounds the mechanical loading principle of the test-bed. Aiming at the high and low temperature working conditions in the landing gear hydraulic main system, the high and low temperature hydraulic isolation circuit is designed in the main system, which can effectively avoid the use of the high and low temperature hydraulic components, reduce heating(cooling) power, play an energy-saving role, reduce cost, improve reliability.Aiming at the loading condition, the hydraulic loading loop is designed, which can meet the requirements of three kinds of axial forces and turning Angle velocity is verified by simulation, which meets the test requirements. |
