甘蔗联合收割机切段辊液压系统的节能设计

摘    要:针对切段式甘蔗联合收割机切段辊液压系统耗能大,效率低的问题,提出将负载敏感技术应用于切段辊液压系统,并与采用节流调速的液压系统进行对比,研究其节能效果。首先通过试验测得甘蔗收割机在行走速度为1, 2, 3 km/h 3种典型工况下切段辊马达的载荷谱及相应功耗数据;然后将实测所得的载荷谱数据导入AMESim模型,对2种液压系统进行仿真。结果表明:负载敏感系统的耗能和系统效率分别为节流调速液压系统的54%和1.8倍,且负载敏感系统马达速度稳定性好。基于实测载荷谱,在行走机械液压综合实验平台进行实验验证,所得负载敏感系统的耗能和效率分别为节流调速系统的52%和1.85倍。仿真和实验结果都表明,将负载敏感技术应用于切段辊液压系统,节能效果显著。

Abstract:In view of the problems of high energy consumption and low efficiency in the hydraulic system of cutting roller of sugarcane combine harvester, the load sensing technology is applied to the hydraulic system of cutting roll. And compared with the hydraulic system using throttle speed regulation, the energy saving effect is studied. Firstly, the load spectrum and corresponding power consumption data of the roller motor in the cutting section of the sugarcane harvester under three typical working conditions of the walking speed of 1, 2, 3 km/h are measured through the test. Then, the load spectrum data obtained from the measured data are imported into the AMESim model to simulate the two hydraulic systems. The result shows that the energy consumption and system efficiency of the load-sensing system are respectively 54% and 1.8 times of that of the throttling hydraulic system. Besides, the motor speed of the load sensing system is more stable. Based on the measured load spectrum, the experimental verification is carried out on the hydraulic comprehensive test platform of walking machinery. The energy consumption and efficiency of the load sensing system are 52% and 1.85 times of the throttle speed regulation system. The simulation and experimental results show that the application of the load sensing technology to the hydraulic system of the cutting roll has a significant energy saving effect.
