元甲煤矿软岩巷道底鼓机理及控制技术研究

摘    要:针对元甲煤矿20101回采巷道底鼓严重破坏问题,通过对巷道底板围岩的矿物成分分析及物理力学强度测试,发现底板岩层中黏土矿物成分较多,易膨胀、软化,且底板围岩整体强度较差,是造成巷道底鼓严重的主要原因。根据元甲煤矿的工程地质条件,提出了打卸压槽的方案控制底鼓,利用FLAC3D数值模拟软件,研究了不同切槽深度下的巷道围岩应力分布及位移情况,确定出20101运输顺槽切槽卸压深度为2 m。现场工业实践结果表明,该方案有效控制了巷道底鼓,取得了良好的经济效益。

Abstract:Aimed at the serious damage to the floor heave of the 20101 stoping roadway in Yuanjia Coal Mine.Through the analysis of the mineral composition of the surrounding rock of the roadway floor and the physical and mechanical strength test, it is found that there are many clay minerals in the floor rock layer, which are easy to swell and soften, and the overall strength of the floor surrounding rock is poor, which is the main reason for the serious bottom heave of the roadway.According to the engineering geological conditions of Yuanjia Coal Mine, a plan of opening pressure relief grooves was proposed to control the bottom drum.Using FLAC3 Dnumerical simulation software, the stress distribution and displacement of the surrounding rock of the roadway under different groove depths were studied, and the pressure relief depth of the groove in 20101 was determined to be 2 m.The results of on-site industrial practice show that the scheme has effectively controlled the floor heave of the roadway and achieved good economic benefits.
