摘    要:燃油调节器是航空发动机控制系统乃至整个飞行器的核心部件之一。目前,国际上主流发展趋势为,用数字电子控制系统取代传统的机械液压调节结构,整合其他飞行控制系统,实现飞行器集成数字化自动控制。我国航空发动机燃油调节器虽然已有一些数字电子式的示范应用,但实际使用仍以技术成熟的机械液压式为主,且长期依赖进口或测绘仿制国外产品。研究航空发动机燃油调节器工作原理和技术演变、分析应用示例、总结关键技术,对开展航空发动机燃油数字控制方法自主研发以及产品研制,具有参考价值。

Abstract:The fuel regulator is one of the core components of the aero-engine control system and even the entire aircraft. The international development trend of the fuel regulator is to replace the traditional mechanical hydraulic regulatory structure with a digital control system. Further integrate the other flight control systems to perform integrated digital automatic control of the aircraft. Although there have been some demo applications of digital fuel regulators, the mechanical fuel regulators are still used wildly in practical application. This paper reviews the working principle and technological evolution of aero-engine fuel regulators, analyzes the structure or system function of some application examples and summarizes key technologies. It providing references for the design of the aero-engine fuel digital control method and product.
