煌斑岩侵入下巷道支护技术研究

摘    要:针对同发东周窑煤业有限公司井下5100回风顺槽煌斑岩侵入引起掘进时即发生锚杆、锚索断裂的问题。在测试东周窑煤矿煤岩体强度和结构的基础上,通过ANSYS数值模拟软件对巷道的稳定性进行分区,确定出2400 mm的锚杆长度和100 kN的预紧力,并结合现场实际提出了5100回风顺槽支护设计方案,现场应用后支护效果良好。

Abstract:Aimed at the problem of anchor rods and anchor cables breaking during tunneling caused by the intrusion of lamprophyre in the 5100 return wind down channel of Tongfa Dongzhouyao Coal Mine.On the basis of testing the strength and structure of the coal and rock mass of Dongzhouyao Coal Mine,the stability of the roadway is divided by ANSYS numerical simulation software,and the bolt length of 2400mm and the pre-tightening force of 100kN are determined.And combined with the actual situation of the site,the 5100 return wind trough support design plan is proposed,and the support effect is good after the site application.
