模糊PID控制的液驱平流泵仿真

摘    要:针对如何减小往复泵瞬时流量脉动,首先分析了曲柄滑块式往复泵瞬时流量脉动的原因,然后提出了一种液压驱动的平流泵,并利用AMESim和MATLAB搭建了联合仿真模型。由于常规PID难以适应系统的变化,设计了用于3个液压缸控制的自适应模糊PID控制器,利用模糊控制规则,对PID参数进行在线自适应调整。仿真分析表明,液驱平流泵具有良好的流量平稳特性,一个周期内约80%的时间能保持严格意义的平流,其余时间内存在最大幅度约为8.4%的流量脉动,当出口压力在0~0.58 MPa之间变化时,也有良好的流量平稳特性。液驱平流泵与现有平流泵产品结构不同,可为平流泵的设计提供新思路。

Abstract:Aiming at how to reduce instantaneous flow pulsation of reciprocating pump, we firstly analyze the reason for that of reciprocating pump with crank and slider, then propose a hydraulic driven constant-flux pump, and build a co-simulation model by AMESim and MATLAB. Because conventional PID is difficult to adapt to system change, we design an adaptive fuzzy PID controller to control three hydraulic cylinders, and fuzzy control rules are used to adjust PID parameters online. Simulation analysis shows this pump has good flow stability. It can maintain flow strictly stable for about 80% of one cycle time, and only has pulsation with a maximum amplitude of about 8.4% in the rest cycle. When outlet pressure changes between 0 and 0.58 MPa, it also has good flow stability. The structure of it is different from that of existing ones, so it can provide new ideas for design.
