摘    要:针对双缸变幅系统在变幅下落时两侧油缸无杆腔压力存在偏差,即负载向一侧油缸偏载的问题,以某款消防车的变幅系统为载体进行防偏载技术研究,找出导致双缸偏载的根源,并提出改进方案.结合测试数据及电液系统参数,采用联合仿真方法,搭建双缸变幅机电液系统仿真模型,优化了改进方案.仿真结果和整机测试数据均表明:采用防偏载阀并合理设置其...

Abstract:In order to reduce pressure deviation of rodless cavity of hydraulic luffing cylinders on both sides while luffing down, taking a fire truck luffing system as the carrier, this paper studies and finds out causes of biased load of double cylinder, and puts forward improvement scheme. Furthermore, based on test data and electro-hydraulic system parameters, the co-simulation method is used to build electro-hydraulic luffing system simulation model and optimize the improvement scheme. The simulation and machine test results show that, using anti-biased load valve with reasonable setting pressure can effectively reduce pressure deviation amplitude while luffing down, the anti-biased load effect is remarkable.
