金属表面有机疏水涂层的研究进展

摘    要:金属表面涂覆有机涂层是防腐蚀、防氧化的重要途径,其疏水特性在制备自清洁表面等方面得到了广泛研究。综述了有机涂层在金属表面的应用以及金属表面的预处理方式,尤其是硅烷偶联剂的重要应用。同时介绍了材料表面的疏水性理论及疏水性研究的最新进展,并展望了有机涂层在金属表面的应用。

Abstract:Organic coating technique is an effective way to protect metals against corrosion and oxidation. Recently, the hydrophobicity of organic coatings has been deeply investigated in preparing self-cleaning surfaces. The application of organic coatings in the field of metallic materials is summarized, including the various methods of pre-treatments for metal surfaces, especially utilizing silane coupling agents. The hydrophobic theories of solid surfaces and the latest development in hydrophobic surfaces are also discussed. The prospects of organophobic coatings are put forward in the last part.
