摘    要:为了提高对自行研制的固体酸催化剂的使用寿命以及最大限度地发挥本催化剂使用效益和经济利益 ,对本催化剂的失活及再生进行了多方面的试验研究 ,并对新催化剂和再生催化剂的理化指标进行了测试和分析讨论。结果表明 :此催化剂的单程寿命虽然不很理想 ,但经再生后其活性能容易地恢复到原有的水平 ,且其再生能力很强。由于催化剂本身的活性组分几乎没有损失 ,再生操作也简便易行 ,再生过程中损失小。本催化剂使用寿命由单程寿命的 672h延长至总寿命的 2 71 2h ,使用效益提高了 3倍多。如果选用并联式反应装置 ,由此催化剂的再生性能可以推断出该工艺可以在反应器内进行切换从而达到连续不间断的运转

Abstract:In order to improve the lifetime of the solid acid catalyst developed by ourselves, and maximize utilization and economic benefit, many tests and researches were carried out for its de-activity and regeneration. And for the physical-chemical standards of the new and regenerated catalyst, we did a lot of tests on its analysis and discussions. The results show that, although its single-route life is not long, its activity by regenerating can recover to its initial active level, and the ability of regeneration is very strong. Due to its little loss of the active components, the regeneration operation is very simple and feasible with little loss during the regeneration process. From the results, we can see that the life of this catalyst increases from the initial single-route life 672 to 2 712 hours and the efficiency of its application is improved at least three times. As a result, our tests and researches provide a favorable theory for industrial application in the future.meofthesolidacidcatalystdevelopedby
