Study of Information Service Design in the Smarter Planet

The intelligence solutions of Smarter Planet need use the information service to realize its "features of intelligence",because the information service can help the users make use of the information better.Aiming at a point that the target of information service is the users,this paper analyzes the roles that the user experience and the interactive behavior play in the information service design,as well as the strategies and methods of information service design are proposed in order to point out the important value of the information service design in the conception of realizing the Smarter Planet.
