摘    要:在分析并计算救生舱主要热量来源的基础上,对8人型矿用救生舱储冰降温系统进行了设计,包括储冰柜容积及外形、换热管道直径等的计算以及风机的选型;通过试验及计算得出救生舱舱体实际导热功率,最后进行真人降温试验验证。理论计算及试验表明,采用管道强制对流换热的储冰降温系统,能够满足救生舱舱内空气温度调节的使用要求。

Design and Test Research of Ice Cooling System of 8-people Life-saving Capsule
Abstract:Based on the analysis and calculation of the main heat source of the life-saving capsule,design was carried out on the ice cooling system of the 8-people life-saving capsule,including the volume and appearance of the ice tank,the calculation of the heat exchange pipe and the fan selection.Through the test and calculation,the actual thermal power of the life-saving capsule hull was obtained,and the cooling test and verification for real people was finally carried out.The theoretical calculation and test showed that the ice cooling system with pipeline forced-convection and heat exchange can meet the use requirement of air temperature adjustment in the life-saving capsule.
