栀子根挥发油的成分分析

摘    要:分别采用超临界C0:萃取法和水蒸气蒸馏法提取栀子根的挥发油。并通过气相色谱一质谱联用技术对其进行分析,以峰面积归一化法对各组分进行定量计算。结果表明,超临界CO。萃取法提取物和水蒸气蒸馏法提取物中分别有65种物质和59种物质被鉴别,占总挥发油的86.546%和73.626%。

Abstract:The essential oils extracted from Radix Gardeniae jasminoidis by supercritical fluid extraction- CO2 (SFE-CO2) and steam distillation (SD) were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) while the relative content of the components were determined by normalization method. The analysis results in dicated that 65 components from SFE-CO2 and 59 components from SD were identified, which composed 86. 546~ and 73. 626% of total essential oils respectively.
