| 摘 要： | 通过对中国西部河谷型城市城乡统筹特殊矛盾分析和国内外城乡统筹发展模式的总结,构建了中国西部河谷型城市城乡统筹发展的"拉农模式"、"改农模式"和"双效应多驱动半内生型模式"三种可能模式,并提出"新型三集中"、复合城市化、生态移民等特殊的实践路径和手段。随后,以中国西部地区典型的河谷型城市——兰州市为例进行实证研究。

| Abstract: | Through the analysis on the special conflictions amid integrated urban-rural development of valley cities in western China,as well as the summarization of the integrated urban-rural development patterns from both home and abroad,this article establishes three possible patterns,i.e.,"driving agriculture pattern","alternating agriculture pattern" and "semi-endogenous pattern with double effects and multiple driving forces",and indicates practical approaches and methods,such as "new strategy of three agglomerations",comprehensive urbanization and ecological immigration,etc.In addition,this paper takes Lanzhou,a typical valley city in western China as the example. |
