| 摘 要： | 借助于超声波脉冲反射技术,采用自制的"钢脚质量超声无损评价装置"对直流悬式瓷绝缘子钢脚锌环质量进行检测,结合金相方法分析回波信号幅值特征,以实现对钢脚锌环质量的超声无损评价。实验结果表明:该方法的应用有效地实现了对直流绝缘子钢脚锌环质量的无损诊断,检测结果与有损检测能够较好的吻合。

Non-destructive Technique for Evaluating the Quality of Zine Sleeve of DC Suspension Porcelain Insulator Pin |

| Abstract: | A new method,ultrasonic technique,for evaluating the quality of Zinc Sleeve of DC suspension porcelain insulator pin,is described at the first time in detail.The results show that the method is practical and non destructive for diagnosing the quality and evaluating the life of DC insulators zinc sleeve by experiments can well coincide with destructive one. |
