摘    要:本文用 PG—015涂料硼锆共渗剂,研究了共渗工艺参数对共渗层组织和脆性的影响。结果表明,共渗层组织以(Fe、Zr)_2B 和为主,并伴有少量分散的 Fe_2Zr、Fe_3Zr、FeZr_2、FeZr_4、Si_2Zr等相组成对脆性的降低有贡献,还得出选用合适材料、降低共渗温度和随炉升温等措施,可明显减少共渗层疏松,进一步改善脆性。

Abstract:The effect of the parameters of co-penetrating B-Zr in paint PG-015 on the mierostructure and brittleness of the Co-penetrated layer has been studied. The results show that the structure of the co-penetrated layer is largely eo- mopsed of (Fe,Zr) B phase,and has little Fe Zr,Fe Zr,FeZr,FeZr,etc. in dispersed state,which beuefit the decrease of the brittleness.The results also show that selecting suitable materials,lowing co-penetrating temperature and increasing temperature in furnace,etc.reduce the porosity of the co- penetrated layer considerably and improve further the brittleness.
