琼脂基凝胶电解质的制备及其在电致变色器件中的应用

摘    要:为制备基于琼脂凝胶电解质的电致变色器件,以琼脂作为基体,双三氟甲烷磺酰亚胺锂(LiTFSI)为电解质盐,碳酸丙烯酯(PC)为增塑剂,去离子水为溶剂,加热搅拌先制得电解质溶液。采用电沉积法制备普鲁士蓝(PB)薄膜并组装电致变色器件。将配制好的电解质溶液注入电致变色器件中,电解质溶液在冷却后直接在器件中变为凝胶,得到基于琼脂凝胶电解质的电致变色器件。研究了器件的电致变色性能,结果表明,器件在波长580 nm处透过率调制幅度达39.9%,器件的着色响应时间为16.2 s,褪色响应时间为15.2 s,表现出较快的响应速度。

Abstract:In order to prepare an electrochromic device by using gel electrolyte based on agar, electrolyte solution was prepared with agar as matrix, lithium bis(trifluoromethanesulphonyl) imide (LiTFSI) as electrolyte salt, propylene carbonate (PC) as plasticizer and deionized water as solvent after stirring and heating. Prussian blue (PB) film was prepared by electrodeposition, and assembled into an electrochromic device. The prepared electrolyte solution was injected into the electrochromic device and transformed into gel electrolyte after cooling. The electrochromic device based on agar gel electrolyte was obtained. Its electrochromic properties were studied. The results show that the transmittance modulation of the electrochromic device reaches 39.9% at the wavelength of 580 nm. The coloration and bleaching responses of the device are 16.2 s and 15.2 s respectively, which show that the electrochromic device exhibits fast switching responses.
