摘    要:本文采用毛细管气相色谱法,建立了食用油中腐霉利残留的检测方法。采用甲醇提取样品,经弗罗里硅土净化,浓缩后测定。该方法回收率为90%-113%,相对标准偏差为4.54%,检出限为0.02mg/kg。具有操作简便快捷、精密度好、准确度高的特点。

Abstract:A capillary-column gas chromatography method is reported for the determination of pocymidone residues in edible oil.The procymidone residues were extracted by methanol and purified by Florisil followed by a condensed process.The remains were determinated by gas chromatography.The results showed that recoveries were in the range 90% to113% and the relative standard deviatioan was 4.54%. The detection limit was 0.02mg/kg. The proposed method proved to be simple,rapid and of high accuracy and good precision.
