摘    要:涩北气田气层层数多、储层疏松、易出砂,严重影响了气井生产能力的发挥。在充分利用试气、试井、气田试采以及长期生产数据、产气剖面、出砂压差等动态数据,并结合测井等静态数据的基础上,提出了一套建立多层合采气井产气方程的新方法。该方法通过理论公式和经验公式相结合,方便地确定了单井产气方程和无阻流量。应用本方法并结合基于分块物质平衡理论的动态分析软件(MMBS)对单井及区块进行优化配产和动态预测,实例计算结果表明新建立的优化配产方法计算结果与生产实际相符合,对现场生产具有重要的指导意义。

Abstract:The Sebei gas field is featured by multiple layers,loose and sanding production so the production potential of the gas wells was seriously reduced. By taking advantage of dynamic data obtained from well testing,production testing,and historic production data,gas production profile,sand-producing differential pressure,as well as static logging data,a new way of establishing deliverability equation for commingling production is recommended. The new method is convenient for determining the coefficient in the deliverability equation and the absolute open flow potential by combining the theoretical formula with the empirical formula. By combining with MMBS (a performance evaluation software based on the theory of multi-zone material balance),this method can be used for both optimizing proration production and dynamic prediction. Example calculation shows that the result obtained from the newly established proration production optimization method is consistent with that of actual production thus it is significant for gas field production.
