| 摘 要： | 在ＥＰＤＭ中加入Ａｌ２Ｏ３．３Ｈ２Ｏ邻苯二甲酸类增塑剂和硅烷偶联剂等配合剂可制备出户外绝缘用ＥＰＤＭ硫化胶，结果表明，加入适量的Ａｌ２Ｏ３．３Ｈ２Ｏ邻苯二甲酸类增塑剂和５份硅烷偶联剂，可提高ＥＰＤＭ硫化胶的物理机械性能。经人工气候老化试验证明，ＥＰＤＭ性能稳定，抗漏电起痕性好。

| Abstract: | The effect of aluminia trihydrate,plasticizer and coupling agent on the mechanical properties of EPDM was studied and EPDM was aged in laboratory for 4000 h.It was found that too high loading level of aluminia trihydrate made the mechanical properties worse,plasticizer and coupling agent at optimum level could improve the mechanical properties.The weathering test indicated that the EPDM vulcanizate was satisfactory for the expected life in outdoor insulation system. |
