封隔器胶筒接触应力的数值模拟分析

摘    要:利用ANSYS软件对封隔器胶筒的接触应力进行了数值模拟计算,通过计算分析得到了接触应力沿胶筒轴向的分布情况。计算表明,此种封隔器可承受40MPa的密封压差,接触应力的最大区域位于端部胶筒与中段工作胶筒的接触部位,高温持久试验也证明其可以满足工作要求。

Abstract:The contact stress on the sealing rubber of the packer is calculated with ANSYS software in this paper. Through analysis and calculation, the contact stress distribution along the axis of the sealing rubber is found out. The calculation indicates that this kind of packer can bear 40?MPa pressure differential and the max contact stress lies in the contact position between the two end sealing rubbers and the middle one. In addition, the high temperature duration running proves that this kind of packer can meet the working conditions.
