氧化铝颗粒增强铝硅合金复合材料凝固组织的研究

摘    要:利用搅熔铸造制备了氧化铝颗粒增强铝硅合金复合材料,研究了复合材料的凝固组织,研究结果表明,氧化铝颗粒在基体中分布均匀;在复合材料凝固过程中,液态金属的强制流动及氧化铝颗粒与枝晶间的碰撞产生细小固相质点,有利于细化晶粒。

Abstract:Alumina particulate reinforced aluminum-silicon alloy composites are manufactured by thixo-casting, and the solidifying structures of the composite are studied. The results indicate that the alumina particulates in the matrix distribute uniformly. During the solidification of the composites, the forced flow of liquid metal and the collision between the particulates and the dendrite produce some fine solid fragments, which are favorable to refining grains of the matrix.
