水平集拓扑优化方法的改进

摘    要:基于水平集方法和形状灵敏度分析,采用梯度法实现了柔性目标函数的拓扑优化设计。该方法通过隐含边界水平集方程诱导几何边界演化,引入最大剪应力准则构造拓扑结构。算例表明,采用该方法可以避免拓扑优化过程对初始拓扑结构的依赖性,可以弥补水平集优化方法不能开新孔的缺陷。故该方法在复杂结构和模具优化设计中具有重要意义。

Abstract:This paper combined the level set method with shape sensitivity analysis to implement the structural topology optimization.The level set method was used to implicitly represent the geometric boundary of structure,and the new topologies were generated by introducing holes according to the maximum principle of the shear stress theory.Numerical examples show that this method is effective for topology optimization.This method makes the final result independent on the initial topological guess.At the same time,it enhances the capability of the level set method,which can not generate new holes in the design domain.This method is meaningful for the topologyl optimization of complicated structures and tools.
