| 摘 要： | 在竞争激烈的市场环境中，企业如何创建长期、持续的竞争优势，是21世纪企业关注的问题。协同是现在和未来商业运营的模式，它的思想和供应链管理的理念不谋而合。首先介绍了供应链管理及协同电子商务的基本思想，然后分析了协同电子商务对供应链管理的影响和在协同电子商务环境下供应链管理的功能，最后简述了一个实例——协同电子商务平台。

| Abstract: | It is important for enterprises to establish long- term and persistent competition predominance in the competitive market environment. Cooperation is the business management mode and consists with the idea of supply chain management. It introduces the concept of the supply chain management and cooperating elec- tronic commerce, analyzes the effect and the function of the supply chain in the cooperating electronic commerce environment, illustrates the cooperating electronic commerce platform. |
