成都市文化创意产业总部基地的策划与设计

文化艺术建设是现代城市经营的重要组成部分,文化创意产业不仅为城市带来经济上的收入,更重要的是丰富了现代城市的文化形象。当今文艺创意产园区的规划大都利用废旧厂房厂区进行布局规划,但由于其建筑形式结构及设备过于陈旧落后,在某种意义上不能适应高端群体的使用。因此,通过成都市＂城市方舟＂的策划与设计,提出＂创意产业＂、＂总部基地＂的概念,是对现有创意产业园区的布局状态作必要的完善和补充。

The Planning and Design of Chengdu Cultural Creative Industry Headquarter Base

The construction of arts and culture is an important part of business of modern cities,cultural and creative industries＇ dedication to the city are not only on the income of the economy and,more importantly,enriching the cultural image of modern cities.By now,peoples usually plan the garden of cultural and artistic creativity using wasted plant sites,but because of its built form,structure and equipment is too outdated and backward,in a sense these kinds of planning can not adapt to the use of high-end groups.Therefore,the adoption of the regulation of the design of ＂the city＇s Ark＂,which is in Chengdu city,provide an idea named ＂base of headquarters＂ for the creative industrial park,the idea is the perfection and the need to add on the existing layout of the creative industrial park area.
