青海某复杂难选铜矿综合回收铜、铁研究

摘    要:针对青海某复杂难选铜铁矿石矿物交生关系密切和嵌布粒度细小的特性, 采用细磨-弱磁-脱泥-浮选工艺综合回收铜和铁, 获得最终铁精矿产率为8.60%, 铁品位为63.85%, 回收率为14.51%, 铜精矿产率4.66%, 铜品位为18.54%, 回收率69.33%的综合指标。

Abstract:Based on the characteristics of close intergrowth and fine dissemination size of the copper-iron ore in Qinhai, a flowsheet of fine grinding-low intensity magnetic separation- desliming-flotation was adopted to reclaim synthetically copper and iron, and a iron concentrate containing 63.85% Fe with a recovery of 14.51% and a yield of 8.60%, and a copper concentrate with a Cu grade of 18.54%, a recovery of 69.33% and a yield of 4.66%, can be obtained.
