| 摘 要： | 结合来宾市近年来乡镇供水工程建设与管理工作的成功经验和存在的问题，论述了在项目前期工作中如何做好方案设计，加强水资源调查及论证，合理确定工程规模及加强招投标和监理工作，保证乡镇供水工程建设质量，并提出工程运行中的一些管理措施。

| Abstract: | Based on an introduction of the successful experience and existing problem of Laibin City in construction and management of township water supply works, the author discussed how to conduct well schematic design, strengthen water resources investigation and proof, determin a reasonable project scale, improving bidding invitation and supervision work at project preparation stage, to assure construction quality of township water supply works. The management measures during project operation are also presented. |
