| 摘 要： | 建立高效液相色谱法测定新一代生态友好型杀虫剂20%垄歌(Flubendiamide)有效成分。流动相为乙腈∶水=60∶40(体积比);色谱柱为Agilent Technologies C18;流速为1.5 mL/min;检测波长为254 nm;柱温为室温;进样量为5μL。试验结果表明,样品的平均回收率为96.66%,精密度为0.10%。
