| 摘 要： | 全实验室自动化（TLA）代表着检验医学全程自动化的方向。TLA的成功实施因素之一是实验室自动化系统（LAS）、实验室信息系统（LIS）和临床信息系统（CIS）三者间的良好整合。本文从网络结构、工作流程和实现方法上详细介绍了一个成功案例，为国内医院更多、更好地应用TLA技术提供实践经验。

| Abstract: | Total laboratory automation(TLA) is the indication of clinical laboratory medicine.The good integration of the laboratory automation system(LAS),the laboratory information system(LIS),and the clinic information system(CIS)is one of the key factors of a successful TLA.This article gives a detailed introduction on the network infrastructure,work flow,and implementation techniques of a successful case,and shares experiences for applying TLA in the hospitals within China. |
