钢管焊缝图像自动剪裁方法的研究

摘    要:由于钢管焊缝仅为钢管的一部分,为有效缩减图像处理与识别的计算量,提高钢管焊缝质量计算机自动判别系统的处理速度,提出线段优化分割方法,实现钢管焊缝图像的快速剪裁。该方法具有抗干扰能力强、定位比较准确和快速的特点,为实现钢管焊缝质量实时判别提供可靠数据基础。

Abstract:Because the welding bead of a pipeline is only a part of a pipe, the gradient method is studied using optimized line model to cut out the welding image from the full image, which can reduce the processing and re- cognizing time. This method has such characteristics as powerful antiinterference capability, accurate locating and high speed. Thus it provides a reliable base to implement the realtime quality recognition of the welding beads.
