摘    要:根据单个截齿受力模型和计算公式,确立了截割头横摆截割时载荷波动的计算方法。通过分析截齿排列参数对截割头栽荷的影响,提出了降低载荷波动的策略,建立了基于载荷波动最小的截割头截齿排列参数优化设计数学模型。采用序列二次规划(SQP)方法编写了优化设计程序,并对某型号掘进机截割头的截齿排列参数进行了优化设计。优化前后统计数据表明,截割头的载荷波动明显降低,提高了掘进机的工作可靠性。

Abstract:On the basis of mechanics model and formula of single pick, the calculating method of load fluctuation acting on cutting head during swing cutting is achieved. By the analysis of pick arrangement parameters influenced on the load acting on cutting head, the strategy is presented to depress the load fluctuation. And the mathematic model of optimal design for pick arrangement parameters based on minimum load fluctuation is built. A relevant optimal design program is developed by mean of series quadratic programming(SQP). Finally pick arrangement parameters of certain type roadheader is optimized. The statistic comparison before and after optimization shows that the load fluctuation of cutting head is evidently reduced, which increases working reliability of roadheader.
