磨细矿渣配制大体积混凝土和高强混凝土的试验研究

摘    要:论文研究了矿渣细度、掺量对水泥砂浆流动度和强度的影响,利用矿渣配制大体积混凝土和高强混凝土的矿渣最佳掺量。研究结果表明:矿渣微粉的掺入对砂浆的流动度有很大的改善作用,但其细度对流动度影响不大,而随着矿渣细度的增加,砂浆强度有所提高;配制大体积混凝土和高强混凝土的最佳矿渣掺量为40%~50%。

Abstract:The paper studied the slag fineness and blending quantity affected to the flowing and strength of cement mortar.The paper studied the optimized slag blending quantity for large volume concrete and high strength concrete blended with slag.The study results showed that the blending of the fine powder of the slag would have a high improved functions to the flowing of the mortar and the fineness could have a less influence to the flowing.With the increasing of the slag fineness,the mortar strength would be improved.The optimized blending of slag for the large volume concrete and high strength concrete is about 40% to 50%.
