| 摘 要： | 介绍在使用智能功率模块IPM过程中所遇到的几个问题,分析其产生的原因,给出解决方案,并在实际应用中验证其可行性。实验结果表明该方案设计合理、性能可靠。

| Abstract: | Some questions existed in the using of intelli gent power module are introduced, and the reasons that product them are analyzed. And also some methods have been given in this article ,w hich are proved in the practical applications .The results of the experiment ind icates that this method are designed reasonable and can work reliably. |
