摘    要:利用柱边衍射成象,可以确定圆柱工件外径的边缘点位置,配上适当的测长装置和微机,即可构成工件外径的在线检测系统。本文介绍了柱边衍射定位的原理,讨论了定位光路中光阑的构成和作用,并描述了柱边衍射定位测径的实验装置。

Abstract:The edge-points of a workpiece diameter may be located by imagingcylinder-edge diffraction. If a proper set-up for measuring length and a micro-computer are provided,then the on-line system for measuring workpiecediameter may be constituted.in the paper the theory for the location usingcylinder-edge diffraction is presented, the structure and the function of thestop in the light path are discussed,and the experimentla equipment formeasuring the diameter by the location using cylinder-edge diffraction is describe.
