中深孔光面爆破技术在岩石巷道掘进中的应用研究

摘    要:为了提高煤矿岩石巷道掘进速度和成型质量, 减少浅眼巷道爆破循环转换过程中的各种辅助作业时间, 提高循环进尺, 根据试验巷道的现场施工条件, 进行了中深孔光面爆破技术的应用研究。研究结果表明: 与试验前相比, 试验岩巷平均炮眼利用率提高了9.5%, 平均单循环进尺增加了0.94 m, 炸药和雷管单耗分别降低了0.53 kg/m3和3.14 发/m3, 每米巷道的炸药消耗量和雷管消耗量分别降低了17.86 kg/m和50.7 发/m, 周边眼痕率达到了50%~80%。该技术大幅提高了巷道掘进速度、光面爆破效果和巷道成型质量, 取得了良好的技术经济效益。

Abstract:In order to speed up the advancement of rock drift in coal mine, improve drift forming, as well as shorten auxiliary operations time in the short-hole blasting cycle and increase advance of working cycle, the application of medium-depth hole smooth blasting technology has been studied according to on-site construction conditions for the drift in the test. Results showed that, compared with all indicators before test, the average borehole utilization ratio for the rock roadway in the experiment increased by 9.5%, the average advance of working cycle increased by 0.94 m, the consumption of explosives and detonators per unit rock volume decreased 0.53 kg/m3 and 3.14 pieces/m3, respectively, the consumption of explosives and detonators for the roadway decreased 17.86 kg/m and 50.7 pieces/m, respectively, the peripheral hole rate reached 50%~80%. Applying this technology can not only remarkably improve the advance speed with better effects in smooth blasting and roadway forming, but also bring better technical and economic benefits.
