| 摘 要： | 对同步工程在总装制造过程中的应用进行探讨。引入制造工艺引导产品设计的思想,并对总装模块化、平台化生产以及如何实现同步工程进行了描述。通过同步工程,使新车型研发周期缩短,更好地控制生产成本、提高整车品质。

| Abstract: | Application of simultaneous engineering for manufacturing process in assembly shop was discussed. The concept of manufacturing process guiding design was introduced. The modular production, platform design of production, how to realize the process sinmhaneous engineering were described. Through simuhaneous engineering, the new model development cycle is shortened, the production cost is controlled better and the quality is improved. |
