固液两相管道瞬变流模拟研究

摘    要:针对长距离固液两相输送管道中发生的瞬变流问题, 推导了固液两相浆体管道瞬变流的连续性方程与运动方程及相应的特征方程, 建立了浆体管道固液两相瞬变流的数学模型, 开发了瞬变流计算软件Hydraulic Transport, 引入多线程计算, 大大提高了计算效率, 并对某铁精矿浆体输送管线进行了计算, 计算结果与实测结果基本一致, 验证了计算模块的有效性。

Abstract:In view of transient flow occurred in solid-liquid two-phase transportation pipeline, the continuity equation, equation of motion, as well as corresponding characteristic equations were deduced for the transient flow by using fluid mechanics and theory of two-phase flow. Then, a mathematical model was established for the transient flow in two-phase flow pipeline. The software of Hydraulic Transport was developed for calculation of transient flow by introducing multi-threaded technology, resulting in the calculation time greatly reduced. By applying this software into the slurry pipeline of iron concentrate, the calculation result obtained is basically in conformity with practical measurement, proving the efficiency of this mathematical model.
