云南某低品位难选氧化铜矿选矿试验研究

摘    要:对云南某低品位复杂难选氧化铜矿进行了浮选试验研究, 采用硫化浮选法, 经二粗一扫四精流程, 在磨矿粒度为-0.075 mm粒级占74.90%条件下获得了铜精矿产率1.11%、Cu品位21.48%、回收率70.33%的选矿指标。

Abstract:Flotation tests were carried out to treat a low-grade refractory copper oxide ore in Yunnan Province by adopting sulphidizing flotation method with two stages of roughing, one stage of scavenging and four stages of cleaning, at a grinding fineness of -0.075 mm 74.90%, which resulted in 70.33% Cu recovery to copper concentrate grading 21.48% Cu with a yield of 1.11%.
