鞍钢铁矿石基础特性试验研究

摘    要:系统研究了鞍钢常用的5种铁精矿和2种外购粉矿的同化特性、铁酸钙生成能力、液相流动性、液相固结强度和连晶能力等基础烧结特性。对几种典型铁矿石的烧结基础特性进行了测试与评价, 其中, 国产精矿的同化温度均在1 320 ℃以上; 在1.85倍碱度下, D矿的铁酸钙生成能力最强; C矿的液相流动性指数和固结强度最高; E矿的连晶能力最强, 达到3 250 N。在此基础上给出了铁矿石的互补性配矿建议, 为优化烧结和球团配矿提供技术支持。

Abstract:Experiments were conducted for the common iron fines used by Ansteel(five types of self-produced iron ore and two types of outsourced ore powder), so as to systematically investigate the fundamental sintering characteristics including assimilability, the amount of calcium ferrite to be produced, fluidity of liquid phase, liquid-phase bonding, as well as crystal stock ability. Based on the tests and evaluation of the fundamental sintering characteristics for several kinds of typical iron ore, it was found that the temperature of the assimilation of each kind of self-produced iron ores was above 1 320 ℃; the largest amount of calcium ferrite was produced from iron ore D with alkalinity coefficient of 1.85 times; iron ore C had the highest liquid-phase fluidity index and bonding strength; iron ore E showed the strongest crystal stock, up to 3 250 N. Based on this study, it is suggested that ore proportioning be performed according to complementarity of iron ore, which can provide technical support for optimizing ore proportioning for sintering and pelletizing.
