高压断路器真空泡击穿故障的判断与原因分析

中置抽出式(柜体式)高压断路器技术越来越成熟,应用也越来越多。安徽省相公庙水电发电厂机出口断路器采用的就是这种断路器。文章介绍了该水电厂2号发电机出口的中置抽出式高压真空断路器的真空泡发生击穿故障后的判断、处理及原因分析过程,并指出,由于中置抽出式高压断路器具有较强的隐蔽性,真空泡发生击穿故障后难以进行分析和查找,因而在目前的技术水平下,此种断路器不宜用于发电机出口。

Case Study and Judgment on Breakdown Fault of Vacuum Vessel for High Voltage Circuit Breaker

The technology of cubicle type circuit breaker has become more and more application. The circuit breaker of generator outlet in Anhui Xianggongmiao hydropower station is this kind of circuit breaker. The paper introduced the course of case study, handling and the judgment after breakdown fault of the vacuum vessel for high voltage circuit breaker of No. 2 generator in the hydropower station. It is pointed out that because of concealing characteristics of cubicle type high voltage circuit breaker, it is difficult to analyze and check after occurring breakdown fault of vacuum vessel, thus at present technical level, this kind of circuit breaker is unfit for to be used in outlet of generator.
