摘    要:PC钢棒编笼滚焊后延伸率降低是造成管桩生产过程中断筋的重要原因,钢棒生产厂应提高其延伸率以保证滚焊后还有一定的延伸性能储备,管桩厂使用合适的滚焊电流是减少钢棒张拉及蒸养断裂的有效手段。

Abstract:The elongation reduction after ring welding of weaving cage of PC steel bar is main cause for bar breaking in the course of pipe pile production. The steel bar production plant should raise elongation so as to guarantee definite elongation property reservation after ring welding. It is an effective means that the pipe pile plants use suitable ring welding electrical current to reduce breaking in the course of stretching and steam maintenance.
