基于启发算法的现代企业生产调度研究

针对现代企业生产制造信息化中常见的多品种、小批量、高质量的生产特征，从不同产品在生产过程中所经历的组装时间角度出发，研究如何进行生产调度以缩短总生产时间和周期，基于生产特点，提出了一种能有效缩短产品生产调整时间的生产调度启发式算法。经仿真数据显示，该算法能够给出较满意的生产调度方案，从而为企业提高了生产效率。

Research on Production Scheduling for Modern Enterprise based on Heuristics

Aimed at the characteristics of modern enterprise manufacturing information such as multi-varieties, small-batch and high-quality, considering that the different products in the production process experienced different assembly time, it is researched for the production scheduling to reduce the total production time and cycle effectively. Based on production characteristics, heuristics production scheduling system is proposed which can effectively shorten the production adjustment time. Form the simulation results, we can see that the algorithm is able to give a more satisfactory production scheduling program, and the productivity can be improved greatly.
