| 摘 要： | 从水利统计改革对统计软件的新需求入手,阐述了水利统计软件的特点,提出了水利统计软件的设计架构及功能设计。结合水利统计工作层次和环节,对统计业务流程进行了阐述。结合北京市水务统计管理系统的设计,对统计软件的架框、功能及具体操作做了说明。
