摘    要:大花水水电站是目前国内在建的最高碾压混凝土双曲薄拱坝。由于电站坝址河床狭窄,两岸山坡陡峭,左右岸均无上坝公路,加之无垂直入仓的起吊设备,为此对传统的汽车和真空溜管入仓方式进行了优化。施工中水平运输方式采用了高速胶带机,陡峭岸坡的垂直运输采用钢管缓降器,既加快了工程施工速度,又降低了工程成本。并创造了拱坝碾压混凝土在一个月内连续浇筑上升33.5m的新纪录。

Abstract:Dahuashui Hydropower Station is the highest double-curvature RCC arch dam under construction in China. Due to narrow river bed and steep mountain slope, no access road is built to the dam-site. The traditional method of using vehicle and vacuum elephant trunk for concrete transportation is optimized since vertical placing cannot be realized by hoist. Fast-speed belt conveyer was applied in horizontal transportation and steel-pipe for speed-reducing was used for vertical transportation in steep slope. It helps upgrading the speed of construction and cost reduction. A record of continuous rise of 33.5m concrete pouring in a month was created.
