水灾灾度定量分析综合评价模型研究及其在山东的应用实例

摘    要:用物元可拓方法与反映洪水灾害灾度的指标以及层次分析法相结合,建立了水灾灾度定量分析综合评价模型。利用该模型对山东地区的水灾进行灾度定量综合评价,结果表明:该模型不仅提高了水灾的定量化水平和精确程度,而且使水灾灾度定量评价更加综合和深入,是水灾风险研究的有效方法。

Abstract:Comprehensive evaluation model for quantitative analysis of degree of water disaster is built by the combination of Matter-Element and Extension Method with index of reflecting degree of flood disasters and Analytical Hierarchy Process. The model was used for comprehensive quantitative assessment of degree of water disaster in Shandong Province. The result shows that the model greatly increases the level of quantitative and accurate assessment of water disasters and is an effective tool of comprehensive assessment and risk study of water disasters.
