| 摘 要： | 根据节水型社会建设中水权、水市场建立的需要，结合黄河流域宁夏、内蒙古两自治区水权转换的具体实践。研究提出了适应水权转换需要的节水量计算方法，并根据水权转换的要求和灌区各项节水措施节水效果分析，提出了灌区节水潜力和可供水权转换的水量，对灌区实施水权转换过程中的节水工程的节水量计算及灌区可转换水权规模的确定具有指导意义。

| Abstract: | Considering the needs of having water right and water market in water-saving society establishment and the practice in water right trading in the Yellow River basin between Ningxia and Inner Mongolia, a calculation method for estimating quantity of water saving needed for water right trading is studied. The potential of water saving and amount available for water trading is given based on requirement of water right trading and analysis of results of water saving measures, which is of directive meaning for estimation of water saved hy water-saving facilities and scale of water trading in irrigation district . |
