Strengthening management of centralized payment of national treasury

Understanding the inherent and character of cash management is the precondition for cash management of national treasury in China. It is also the basis for enhancement of capacity of financial management of government agencies. The Ministry of Water Resources is the pacemaker of reform in national treasury management and already accumulated rich experiences from practice. Higher requirement is made on cash management of national treasury in the water sector in the new age.
